Meeting standards, protecting reputations
The Funding Corporation has a rich heritage. Given that many of our staff come from banking backgrounds, it is no surprise that we have invested heavily in our Legal and Compliance Team.
The team in place at The Funding Corporation have a wide knowledge of the financial services industry and practical experience in monitoring the activities of all staff involved in the selling of financial services. This includes compliance with all relevant legislation specifically anti-Money Laundering legislation, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Credit Act, FSA Rules and “Treating Customers Fairly” requirements.
The Funding Corporation is a full member of the Finance and Leasing Association ("FLA") and it’s Legal and Compliance team sit on a number of FLA Committees.
